Municipalities in the greater Phoenix area offer rebates for changing out sod for artificial grass and other water saving options. Our team has assisted many home owners and businesses in this process. Listed below are cities that offer different rebates for drought resistant landscaping solutions.
Mesa rebate- To assist our non-residential customers with saving water, the City of Mesa is offering a Grass-to-Xeriscape incentive. Applications are being accepted now! Non-residential customers who apply to remove 10,000 square feet or more of established and living grass and plan to replace it with a water-thrifty landscape may qualify

Chandler (Xeriscape Option) We are still able to achieve this with a mix of artificial turf.
